Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal: 

For Contracts made remotely or following telephone solicitation, the Customer has a withdrawal period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the delivery of the Vehicle.

The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal by sending to BLASTER ©&a letter clearly expressing their intention to withdraw and containing the information necessary to identify them (name, surname, address, order number). They may use the withdrawal form attached to these terms and conditions of sale for this purpose, which they should send to the following address: “BLASTER ©&France, 7 Z.A "DU BOURG BATARD, 85120 La Tardière." The Customer must be able to prove that they have exercised their right of withdrawal. The Customer may only exercise their right of withdrawal if all documents, including legal documents, accompanying the Vehicle are returned at the same time as the Vehicle is handed over.

The costs resulting from the return of the Vehicle are the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer must return the Vehicle to BLASTER ©&without delay and at the latest within fifteen (15) calendar days following the communication of its decision to withdraw.

Once the Customer has exercised their right of withdrawal within the allotted time and according to the conditions described above, BLASTER ©  undertakes, as soon as the Vehicle has been returned to it, to reimburse the Customer within fourteen (14) days.

Any costs for restoring the returned Vehicle – if it has been damaged and/or involved in an accident – ​​will be borne by the Customer.

Furthermore, if the number of kilometers traveled since delivery exceeds 5 km, the Customer shall compensate BLASTER ©, for each kilometer travelled beyond the said 5 km threshold, at a rate of 1 euro including tax per kilometer.

Order cancellation (Article L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

  • Attach a bank statement (RIB)
  • Send it by mail to the following address: BLASTER © 7 Z.A du bourg bastard, 85120 La Tardière.
  • Ship it before the expiry of a period of 15 calendar days from the delivery of the Vehicle.
