Our Citycoco (Electric Scooter) BLASTER has 2 speed modes on its display menu, the first mode restricts the Citycoco (Scooter)
electric) BLASTER at 25 km/h, which will therefore allow you to ride on cycle paths and on roads limited, at a maximum, to 50 km/h.

In contrast, the second mode, 45 km/h will require you to equip your Citycoco Blaster a vehicle registration document, and insurance.
All our Citycocos Blaster are approved routes (COC/EEC) and they have all of the 2 speed modes. It is therefore up to the customer to make their own choice regarding the speed to adopt.
All responsibility East And will be declined by BLASTER FRANCE if damage is caused by the driver's irresponsibility (absence of helmet, gloves, license plate, 2 people, etc...)
